These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FroHost's Website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use FroHost's website or panel if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of New Jersey. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Illegal activities are strictly not allowed on our servers.
Links to such material are also not allowed.
Examples of prohibited activities include:
- Hosting illegal material on our network. This condition includes but is not limited to nulled software or material that you do not have permission from the copyright holder to have and use.
- Storing unnecessary files on our unmetered hosting services.
- Use multiple accounts to bypass any limitations on our service.
- Storing any types of pornography.
- Abusing your CPU usage (using 100% all the time for example).
- Using any attacks or exploits that affect the ability of other people or systems to use any services or other internet services.
Contact and Billing Information
You must provide us with, and maintain, current, accurate contact information of you, this includes but is not limited to: E-mail addresses, first name, last name, and phone numbers.
Maintaining accurate and updated information with us is required. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is current or up to date always. FroHost (us, the provider), is not responsible for any claim, damages, fees or otherwise because of accounts terminated or suspended due to inaccurate or unusable contact information.
FroHost may terminate or suspend access to your service, without prior notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breah the terms of services.
Clients must be thirteen or above to comply with the COPPA law (Children's Online Privacy Safety Act) to have active services or an accounr on our service; failure to meet this requirement results in an immediate termination with our without notice from the client and the client will be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries.
We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your website. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website. No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
We have the right to remove. modify or view anything you upload to our servers.
We are not responsible for any files you upload to FroHost. If you for whatever reason lose, misplace, or forget about any files we are NOT responsible for it. That is User error! If you upload a file to anyone else's server and they refuse to remove it we are NOT responsible, you will have to handle that on your own.
We are not responsible for anything you do using or while on our website/panel.
We have the right to modify our website, panel or anything else on FroHost without warning.
All of our services keep logs of everything that happens once you purchase a service. If you have any questions about this you can contact us on our support systems or at [email protected]
We have the right to change any prices for our services at any time.
We can pick and choose who we want to sell servers to.
If you use our services for anything illegal your service will be shut down immediately and we will contact the authorities.
Liability Limitation and Exclusion FroHost, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information, including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. FroHost shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time. We reserve the right to terminate a client’s services in the event of a charge dispute, despite the outcome of the dispute.
You are allowed to resell any of our products without permission.
If a dedicated server / virtual private server shuts down for any reason, we are not responsible for loss of data due to that.
We only issue refunds if you pay within 5 days. Any other reasons past 5 days will be considered but could be denied!
We are not forced by law to help you with any problem, we do this by choice.
Abusing our Ticket systems / Support will result in a ban of that system.
We have the right to change any prices for our services at any time.
Cancellations To terminate your services you must cancel any PayPal subscriptions active and cancel via our WHMCS billing area at http://frohost.net As FroHost does not have access to clients PayPal account, we cannot and will not be responsible for unintended payments made from using the automatic payment subscription service.
FroHost cannot guarantee that all promotion codes will work all the time.
We reserve all rights to terminate your server or service upon any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed needed. Services which are suspended for non-payment will be terminated 7 days after the renewal invoice is due.
